Check-In

Check-in opens at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be arranged on request subject to availability. Our staff will be ready to welcome you.

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 1:00 PM is available on request at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation

Cancel 7+ days before check-in for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Travel insurance is recommended.

Children

Children of all ages are warmly welcome. Children under 5 stay free. Cots, high chairs, and child-friendly meals are available on request.

Pets

We are currently a pet-free property to ensure all guests enjoy the space comfortably. Certified service animals are always welcome.

After confirming availability, we require a 30% deposit to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due on arrival. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. Full payment instructions are sent with your confirmation email.
Yes — we understand plans change. Date changes are accepted free of charge up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. Modifications closer to your arrival date are handled on a case-by-case basis. Simply reach out via WhatsApp or phone and we'll find the best solution together.
Yes — we arrange private transfers from Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi Wilson Airport, or Kitui Airstrip. Transfer costs depend on vehicle type and timing. Include your request in the special requests field or contact us directly to discuss options and pricing.
